At Discount Paving, we install new parking lots and maintain old ones. We help you design a plan or go with the one you already have. We offer start to finish services, like digging out unwanted materials and adding the proper grade for water runoff.
Then, we pave the parking lot to proper specs by adding 2″ of base asphalt and 1 1/2″ of surface asphalt. We also resurface existing asphalt. In most cases, we edge, clean off the area, and shim low regions, and repave with 1 1/2″ – 2″ of asphalt.
We also offer sealcoating. The sealer adds protection. In most cases, we clean off the parking lot, fill in major cracks with hot rubber tar, then seal coat with a top-grade asphalt sealer. We also offer professional line painting for the spaces.
